To ensure we protect the health of our customers, especially those who are most in need, please read the following information to help us serve you in the best way possible:
Simplyhealth Vets Practices
If you’re an existing Vets practice and have a question about your plan please contact us via either web chat or email in the first instance.
If you’re one of our vets’ practices, please contact your dedicated consultant as normal.
If you’re unsure who your consultant is, or don’t have their contact details to hand, please email us
Simplyhealth Pet Owners
If you are a pet owner with a Simplyhealth Pet plan, please contact us via web chat or email in the first instance.
If you’d like to speak to us by phone, you can find our customer services numbers on the contact us page. Please note, we currently have reduced staffing levels due to the impact of coronavirus on our business so our phone lines may be busier than usual.
Our temporary opening hours:
Live chat and email: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, closed on Saturdays and Sundays
Phone: Customers can leave us a voicemail between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

In addition to this, for any customers who do not have the use of email or access to our live chat, you can leave a message by calling us and pressing 1. Please be aware that we will prioritise our vulnerable customers with this answerphone service, but aim to get back to you as quickly as possible.
